Dr. Phenco is a general adult psychiatrist working as an independent contractor for Psynergy, and maintains a private practice in Placer County.  Dr. Phenco treats her patients with dignity and respect.  She practices psychodynamic psychiatry, taking into consideration the biological, psychological and sociocultural aspects of her patients.  She finds work at Psynergy to be important, challenging and fulfilling.  She appreciates being part of an amazing group of people who are both passionate and competent in pursuing mental health care.
