As Administrator of Residential Programs, Michael Weinstein has worked for over two decades with individuals experiencing mental distress. It is his responsibility to set the tone for the facility and the mutual expectations for residents, staff, and family members. Taking a hospitality management focus as well as a clinical one, he has specialized in improving the lives of high-need individuals who desire more than basic services. Michael has also worked extensively with populations that need residential solutions to ensure that they can truly benefit from the mental health services they receive. These distinct populations include programs for young adults, the elderly, and those who have been institutionalized for ten or more years. With a commitment to individuals who are candidates for less restrictive care, he has helped design, implement, and manage unique answers for some of the most vulnerable individuals in the mental health system.
