Dual Diagnosis / Dual Treatment

When clients meet the diagnostic criteria for a mental health disorder such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders or schizophrenia as well as an addictive disorder such as alcoholism or drug addition, Psynergy Programs treats both conditions in an integrated program whose goal is recovery from both disorders. We help the client achieve abstinence and self-control by fostering the behavioral changes that support them. By improving problem-solving and coping skills, we help clients identify and address problems with housing, employment, education and social and family relationships. Psynergy helps clients move toward a positive family and social support network, and facilitates active participation in 12-step programs that provide ongoing support.
