COVID-19

Psynergy Programs, Inc. is committed to providing the highest quality care to California’s most vulnerable and often medically complex mental health clients. In response to the threat COVID-19 poses to the high-risk population we work with, Psynergy’s Corporate Executive Team has created a multi-disciplinary response team that meets daily to discuss updates and COVID-19 preparedness in our Adult Residential Facilities. Psynergy has had the distinct benefit of employing a Medical Staff, including psychiatrists and nurses, who are directly involved in strengthening infection control protocols and interventions throughout our residential care facilities. Psynergy has also incorporated the generous feedback of an infectious disease physician who reviewed Psynergy’s response manual and provided feedback to help ensure it is specific to our setting and risks, especially as it pertains to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Through the work of this COVID-19 Response Committee, Psynergy has implemented prevention guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Community Care Licensing (CCLD), Public Health Departments, and local ordinances to help prevent and control the spread of this virus at each of its residential programs. Until further notice, we are enforcing a Restricted Visitor policy at all of our facilities: Nueva Vista, Morgan Hill, Nueva Vista Sacramento, Cielo Vista, and Vista de Robles. For more information on protocols and procedures please reach out to Lynda Kauffmann at [email protected]

COVID-19 Update: Psynergy Programs will continue offering the highest quality care during this difficult, but will be enforcing at restricted visitor policy at all facilities. For questions pertaining specifically to COVID-19, please reach out to (408) 412-7202 or [email protected]
