About You

We are seeking someone who is service driven to prepare meals for our clients. Keep our kitchen clean and welcoming for our clients.

You will need:

  • Full Vaccination against COVID-19 – CA required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human ResourcesManagement
  • We compensate you for your accomplishments and talents! Other qualifications,certifications, degrees including AA, BA earns you more $$ so let us know! – preferred
  • Great attitude - required
  • Experience working in behavioral health or in residential care - preferred

 

Your Responsibilities

Your role as a Prep Cook is to serve our client our delicious meals. Maintain a clean kitchen and dining room and follow all sanitation and safety rules. Participates in food preparation and portioning prior to service by cutting and cleaning a variety of fruit, vegetables, and protein using a knife and/or cutting machines. Produces food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catered events.

  • Follow portioning and merchandising details as instructed by management.
  • Follow all recipes and guidelines while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure consistent quality on all product items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment
  • Follow proper rotation and storage of goods such as proper labeling, stocking of ingredients and FIFO.

The pay range assigned to this role is based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
