Horse Power in Blue at Nueva Vista Sacramento

The Blue Horse watching over Psynergy’s Nueva Vista Sacramento campus has an interesting  back story.  A full-sized model of an Arabian horse, it was purchased at auction last year at the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show as a donation to the Mayo Clinic’s Cancer research program.  As a nod to the revered and successful Trieste Italy mental health model from the 1960’s which featured a Blue Horse as a symbol of hope, Psynergy's partners Arturo Uribe, Jean Edwards and Mike Weinstein had their horse painted to represent mental health with serene silver trees and butterflies by artist Jana Peterson. If you visit us in Sacramento, be sure to visit the Blue Horse and rub his shoulder for luck.
